David believes his international teaching and account management experience has given him invaluable tools in helping his mortgage clients through the loan process. He began working in the mortgage industry as a loan officer for a direct lender but has preferred working for a "family" brokerage for the last 7 years. His knowledge of underwriting guidelines, loan products, and financial trends is passed on to every client for.
