Testimonials for Paul.

"My wife and I were purchasing an older home, and had arranged a FHA mortgage through a mortgage broker we found online. Two weeks before closing, the mortgage broker told us that she couldn't do the loan because of its age and some other minor problems, but that "she had a friend who could help us." This was a Wednesday, and the following morning we called Paul. He came up with a more straightforward financing option, and immediately put together the paperwork on it. Three weeks and one day later, we had loan documents at the title company. Thanks, Paul!!" - Dorion and Carey Liston

"The best part about my new home really is my mortgage and thanks to Paul at West Coast Mortgage Group, the process was very easy to understand and with the exception of taking on hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, painless. Paul understood I wanted to use a small regional lender for my loan and made it happen because I didn't want to pay some huge bank tens of tens of thousands of dollars in interest. The thought of taking on a sizable debt was gut wrenching or maybe it was the thought of actually committing to something for a long time. Or Both. This was my first home purchase and I was a nervous wreck. I know I was a real pain following up needlessly, but Paul was relaxed and patient and helped me keep my cool. I could feel that he had done this many times and guided jittery scared people like me into home ownership. I never felt like I was out on a limb or in the hands of an inexperienced yahoo just starting in the industry because they failed at selling cell phones and daddy got them the hookup at the family business. I will always have Paul work my numbers and always refer my friends to him. Thanks Buddy! " - Greg Onstad
